FEE

The fee for our services is based on the recommendations of the Swiss Bar association.

Generally, the fee is calculated at hourly rates, according to time and effort invested in each case. The average hourly rate ranges between CHF 250 and CHF 400.

The specific remuneration depends on the complexity and significance of the case as well as the client’s personal and financial circumstances. We would be happy to discuss this in a personal and preliminary meeting with you and conclude an individual fee agreement in case of assuming the mandate.

Persons with insufficient financial resources to pay the court costs and lawyer’s fees are entitled to coverage of these costs by the State in all legal and administrative proceedings.

The court or the authority assessing the case will decide whether you are entitled to legal aid or not. We will file the respective application for you.
